The Neurosurgical Case Room (TNCR) was born in Pakistan from a simple conviction: where a neurosurgeon trains should not determine the quality of education they can access.
Across the world, neurosurgical training remains profoundly unequal. Geography, institutional resources, subspecialty exposure, access to mentors, operative volume, travel costs, and logistical limitations can all shape what a trainee gets the opportunity to learn. Yet the patients we treat demand the same depth of understanding, wherever we practice.
TNCR exists to help narrow that gap.
We are building a curriculum-driven neurosurgical learning ecosystem: one in which complex subjects are broken down systematically, from foundational anatomy and pathophysiology to imaging, decision-making, surgical approaches, operative anatomy, technique, complications, and real-world clinical application.
The goal is simple: what you learn should change what you can understand, decide, and do when you encounter the next patient.

Building a Neurosurgical Library for the World
Our long-term vision is ambitious: to build one of the world's largest structured neurosurgical video libraries, covering neurosurgery not as a collection of disconnected topics, but as a continuously expanding curriculum.
A trainee should be able to arrive at TNCR with a subject they need to master and find a logical pathway through it. Over time, we envision TNCR becoming a living repository of neurosurgical knowledge: organized enough to learn from systematically, practical enough to return to before a case, and accessible enough to reach a trainee thousands of kilometres from a major academic centre.
